Your appointment begins with a consultation to discuss your health, lifestyle, and goals. Your therapist will explain the treatment and ensure you're comfortable throughout.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing. For massage treatments, you'll be given privacy to undress to your comfort level and will be professionally draped with towels throughout the treatment.

Please be aware we use oil for all of our massages.

How often should I have a massage?
