We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatment where it is considered unsafe or not in the client's best interests. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy, or recent procedures before your appointment.

Product recommendations are based on your consultation and individual skin concerns. We recommend carrying out a patch test where advised and follow all product instructions. We cannot accept responsibility for adverse reactions where products have not been used as directed or where relevant medical information has not been disclosed.

Terms & Conditions

Deposit Policy:

New clients: 50% deposit required at booking

Existing/regular clients: 20% deposit required at booking

Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled less than 48 hours before appointment

Remaining balance paid on arrival

Cancellation Policy:

48 hours+ notice: cancel or reschedule free, full refund

24-48 hours notice: 50% of treatment cost charged

<24 hours/no-show: 100% of treatment cost charged

Late arrival >15mins: treatment may be shortened or cancelled, full payment still required

If I cancel due to illness/emergency: full refund or priority re-booking
